ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnor / 1st respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 15.12.2015, in Cont.P.(MD)No.1008 of 2015 in W.P.(MD) No.15681 of 2014.

2. Heard Mr.M.Kannan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader for the contemnor and perused the records.

3. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader for the contemnor would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with.

4. Recording the statement of the learned Special Government Pleader for the contemnor, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
