O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 28.10.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner's wife against the petitioner, a case in Crime No.20 of 2023 has been registered for the offences under Sections 323, 498(A) and 506(ii) IPC on 01.11.2023.

3. In view of the above said development, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. The petitioner must co-operate with the second respondent herein to complete the process of investigation. The second respondent is directed to make investigation by following proper procedure by referring the matter to the conciliation process also.

4. With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
