O R D E R

After submitting an application dated 17.07.2024 seeking a survey, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that the survey scheduled earlier could not be proceeded with because of the presence of bushes on the relevant land. By placing on record a notice dated 12.09.2025 scheduling the survey on 19.09.2025, he submits that the survey would be conducted on the said date provided the petitioner removes the bushes.

3. In view thereof, by recording the above submission that the survey would be conducted on 19.09.2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
