This petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 7 pertaining to the property bearing in Natham Survey Nos. 59 to 61, Kadayanallur Village, Tenkasi Taluk, Tirunelveli District by putting up a construction which is situated in Door No.183 E, First Street, Old Ward No.23, New Ward No.11, Kadayanallur Municipality.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter has become infructuous since he has succeeded in the civil suit and EP is also filed.
