Prayer in WP(MD). 4885/ 2016 : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd Respondents to regularize the petitioners service as full time Pre Vocational Instructor (Craft Teacher) and to pay regular scale of pay with effect from the date the petitioners appointment by giving exemption from possession of qualification of Technical Teachers Certificate in the light of Government Orders in G.O.Ms.No.1529 Education (Pus-1) Department dated 28.09.1988 and G.O.(2D)No.8 School education Department dated 27.11.1999 and GO.O.No.199 dated 24.07.2000 by considering the 4th respondent's proposal in Na.Ka.No.3067/A4/2014, dated 13.10.2014 within the time stipulated by this Court.
