This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.197 of 2013 and quash the same, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Theni.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is absent and also there is no representation for the petitioners side. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
