Prayer: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971, pleased to punish the respondents for willfully and deliberately committing contempt of Court by disobeying the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.11481 of 2008, dated 29.01.2016. Prayer in WP(MD). 11481/ 2008 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the return of request for the approval of appointment of the petitioner in the post of waterman in 4th respondent school in his proceedings in O.Mu. No. 2902Aa3/06 dated 07/06/2006 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as waterman in 4th respondents school from the dated of the appointment ie. 16/09/2004.
