This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the above Crime No.1715 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, S.S.Colony Police Station, Madurai City and quash the same in so far as this petitioner/accused is concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.2463 of 2022.
