Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. All that the petitioner wants is to consider the petition mentioned representation. The third respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. Interested persons shall be put on notice before passing final order.
