[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after making submissions at length, sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the authority concerned by giving a fresh representation with all supportive documents and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement so made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
