Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in O.Mu.No.3218/Aa1/2013 dt.15.06.2013 on the file of the Respondent No.4 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the 4th Respondent to approve the appoint of the petitioner as B.T.Assistant (Tamil) in the 5th Respondent school with effect from the date of appointment on 15.06.2011 with

all attendant benefits within a stipulated time that may be prescribed by this Honble Court.

ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor and punish the contemor for willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in M.P. (MD)No.2 of 2015 in W.P.(MD)No.22897 of 2015, dated 18.12.2015.

2. Heard Mr.J.Anandkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader for the contemnor.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the contemnor would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with.
