O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order, dated 01.11.2017, as far as the second part of the proceedings is concerned and consequently, to direct the respondents to pay salary to the petitioner every month without any deductions in the salary and allowing annual increments to the petitioner without any break.

2. The petitioner has already filed another writ petition in W.P. (MD)No.3242 of 2016 wherein, vide order, dated 30.03.2023, the recovery order was quashed. Based on the said order, the petitioner has received all the benefits. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.
