This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner's life, limb and properties situated at Plot No.139 locate at Abdul Rahuman Mudalali Nagar, VM Chathiram, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2022 within the stipulated period.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and in the enquiry, both the parties have given statements that they would sort out the issue by approaching civil Court and hence, the complaint was ordered to be closed.
