This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the third respondent dated 06.11.2017, insofar as it renders 2 PG Assistant posts, 1 BT Assistant and 1 Secondary Grade Teacher as surplus and the consequential proceeding of the fourth respondent dated --.11.2017, deploying 1 P.G.Assistant (Maths), 1 B.T.Assistant (Maths) and 1 Secondary Grade Teacher working in the petitioner's school to other schools.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and has circulated a letter in this connection. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Hence permission is granted and accordingly this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
