PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No. 35 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Policve, CCD-III Police Station, Sivagangai and quash the same.

O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.35 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police against the petitioners.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation has been conducted by the respondent Police in Crime No.35 of 2022 and on completion of investigation, a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai and the same has been referred as "Further Action Dropped". He would further submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in this Petition.

2. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
