Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks reconveyance of the petition mentioned property. Notice was ordered. The respondents have filed counter indicating that steps 2/4

have already been taken for handing over the petition mentioned land to the petitioner. The entire process of reconveyance shall be concluded within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
