ORDER

By an order dated 15.04.2025, this Court had directed the IV Additional District Court, Madurai, to dispose of O.S.No.108 of 2016 within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. By letter dated 13.11.2025, an extension of three months has been requested for.

2. Upon considering the reason set out therein and being satisfied that reasonable cause is shown, the time for disposal of O.S.No.108 of 2016 is extended by a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
