ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.P.i4/22865/17 dated 13/12/2017 and to direct the third respondent to decide the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.P.i4/15508/2013 dated 06.05.2014 on merits by conducting enquiry upon the second respondent and pass suitable orders based on the appeal made by the petitioner dated 15.02.2017.
