Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularize the eptitioner s post of Secondary Grade Teacher from the date of her appointment i.e., from 31.03.2010 at the 6th respondent school and to sanction all monetary benefits along with arrears that has been accrued upon and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit.
