Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th respondent Additional Assistant Elementary Educational Officer in Na.Ka.No.620/A1/15 dated 28.10.2015, quash the same and further Direct the 3rd respondent District Elementary Educational Officer to approve forthwith the appointment of S.Robert as Secondary Grade Teacher by way of transfer in the petitioner's School w.e.f. 02.06.2015 and disburse the grant-in-aid towards his salary and allowance w.e.f. the said date.
Prayer in WMP(MD). 1497/ 2016 :
To grant an Order of Ad Interim Orders directing the 3rd respondent District Elementary Educational Officer to provisionally approve forthwith the appointment of S.Robert as Secondary Grade teacher by way of transfer in the petitioners school w.e.f. the date of his appointment on 02.06.2015 and disburse the grant-in-aid towards his salary and allowances, within a reasonable time as may be specified by this Honble Court pending disposal of the WP.
