Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 30.01.2015, made in W.P.(MD)No.11560 of 2012, the present contempt petition has been filed.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is stated by Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent that the representation of the petitioner was considered by the respondent, vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A3/1324/2015, dated 26.08.2016 and the same was also communicated to the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the said order, if she is aggrieved.
