Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned letter issued by the 1st respondent herein in letter No. 8435/B2/2004 dated 09/02/2007 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to approve the appointment of the petitioner with effect from 02/06/1981 and confer all the eligible benefits.
