O R D E R

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to transfer HMOP.No.168 of 2022 from the Additional Sub Court, Virudhunagar to the Family Court, Madurai, and to try along with the case in M.C.No.140 of 2022 on the file of t, Madurai.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondent has no objections for transferring this case.

3. Recording the same, the Present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed by transferring HMOP.No.168 of 2022 from the Additional Sub Court, Virudhunagar, to the Family Court, Madurai, to be tried along with M.C.No.140 of 2022. The Family Court, Madurai, shall endeavour to bring closure to the dispute between the parties within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
