Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the respondent pertaining to its order in Na.Ka.No. 2273/A1/2014 dated 05.11.2014 and quash the same with regard to the portion of the order posting the petitioner to Nedunkulam Panchayat Union Middle School consequently direct the respondent to post the petitioner at Panchayat Union Middle School, KUnnoor and pass such further or other orders.
