ORDER

The order impugned in this writ petition is appealable. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that such an appeal will be filed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such an appeal is filed within the aforesaid time limit, it shall be entertained without reference to limitation by the appellate authority. Till the disposal of the appeal, the order impugned in this writ petition shall not be given effect to.
