: Contemnors/Appellants PRAYER: This Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent herein for her deliberate and willful disobedience of the Interim Order of the Hon'ble Court dated 29.02.2016 in W.A.(MD)No.323 of 2016 amounting to contempt of Court under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Writ Appeal is filed against the interim order dated 22.12.2015 in M.P(MD)No.2 of 2015 in W.P(MD)No.23363 of 2015. Officer to provisionally approve forthwith the appointment of D.Amutha Rani as Tamil Pandit in the petitioners school w.e.f. the date of her appointment on 12.06.2013 and disburse the grant-in-aid towards her salary with all attendant benefits, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th respondent District Educational Officer in A.Thi.Mu.No.1429/A3/2014 dated 13.05.2014 QUASH THE SAME and further DIRECT the 4th respondent District Educational Officer to approve forthwith the appointment of D.Amutha Rani as Tamil Pandit in the petitioners school w.e.f. the date of her appointment on 12.06.2013 with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance.
