Criminal Original Petition filed U/s.482 Cr.PC praying to direct the 2nd Respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.02.2016 and to investigate the same and file final report within a stipulated time.

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondent has committed contempt by not complying with the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3708 of 2016 dated 14.03.2016.

2.Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the respondent has registered the case in Crime No.2183 of 2016 on 08.08.2016, for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC, as directed by this Court in the above said Criminal Original Petition.
