ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.23 of 2021 from the file of the Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch, Madurai City, to the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Madurai District.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that eventhough the case was registered on 03.08.2021, for the offence under Section 420 of IPC, no proper action is taken so far.
3. Learned Government Advocate submitted that the accused was arrested on 06.10.2023 and investigation will be completed within a period of one month.

4. In view of the above submission, there is no question of transfer of investigation at the final stage.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 06.12.2023 NCC :
