The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending this writ petition, a comprehensive order had come to be passed in W.P.(MD) No.6018 of 2015 dated 12.07.2023.
2. In view of the above, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
