ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] When the matter was taken up, Mr.M.Ajmal Khan, learned counsel on record for petitioner, realized that he needed adequate instructions about the Temple, namely 'Thottiyam Chinammal Temple in West Paluvanji Village, Marunjapuri Circle, Tiruchirappalli District' [hereinafter 'said Temple' for the sake of convenience and clarity]. Therefore, learned counsel sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Writ Petition' [hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of convenience] but made a plea to preserve all the rights and contentions of the petitioner and or any other person concerned with the matter to come to this Court with the same/similar prayer. Request for withdrawal acceded to.

3.Captioned WP is disposed of as closed/withdrawn albeit preserving all the rights and contentions of the petitioner and or anyone concerned with this matter in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
