After presenting an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer seeking the cancellation of patta in the names of the respondents 4 to 6 herein, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of such appeal.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the appeal would be disposed of within a period of three months after providing a reasonable opportunity to all the parties.

3. Given the limited relief prayed for in this Writ Petition, it is not necessary to issue notice to the private respondents. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and 2/4
