Heard both sides.
2.The prayer in the writ petitioner is not clear. 3.The petition mentioned temple is a public temple. It has to necessarily fall within the overall supervision of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department. The Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department had appointed the Executive Officer of Sri Soundaraja Perumal Temple, Thadikombu as the Fit Person for the petition mentioned temple. But the said Fit Person has not assumed charge. The learned Special Government Pleader also states that when notification was issued calling for application for constituting trust board, no application was received.

4.The second respondent is directed to issue a fresh notification. It is the duty of the third respondent to ensure that a proper trust board is constituted for the temple. This exercise shall be completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
