Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to proceedings impugned order Rc.No.313/G&M/2014 dated 12.11.2017 of 1st respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to permit the petitioner to carry on quarry operation for a period of 124 days in petitioner's patta land in S.F.No.243/2 over an extent of 0.40.0 Hectares in Anducode Village, Vilavancode Taluk in Kanyakumari District by issuing necessary transport permit to the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
