Crime No. 11/2014 ... Respondent Prayer: The Contempt petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 07.09.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17274 of 2015.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this application for the non compliance of the order dated 07.09.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17274 of 2015.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent / contemnor submitted that the respondent has already filed final report by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ deleting some of the accused. A notice has also been sent to the de facto complainant and the same was received by her.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may work out her remedy before appropriate forum. 4.Recording the said submission, the contempt petition is closed.
