Prayer in MP(MD). 2/ 2015 in WP(MD).23522/2015 : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an Ad-Interim Stay of operation of the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.600/A4/2013 dated 06.03.2013 pending disposal of the above Writ Petition.

Prayer in WP(MD). 23522/ 2015 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.600/A4/2013 dated 06.03.2013 and quash the same as illegal.
