This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, FIR in Crime No.424 of 2022 came to be registered for the offence under Sections 147, 447, 294(b) and 506(1) IPC, against the petitioner and another. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
