This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 to 5 to help in making necessary arrangements and give appropriate protection to the 49th Annual General Body Meeting of the Kallar Kalvi Kazhagam as well as to those members who participate in the same which is scheduled to be conducted on 25.12.2022 at about 10.00 am until the approved minutes are forwarded to the first respondent herein and for consequential order within a time frame as stipulated by this Court on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 28.11.2022. 2/5

2. Mr.E. Antony Sahaya Prabahar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Mr.A.Surendran, learned counsel representing for Mr.L.S.Balakrishnan, President of Kallar Kalvi Kazhagam Society, who is the head the rival group.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner in CSR.No.1275 of 2022 and the complaint given by the said Mr.L.S.Balakrishnan, in CSR.No.1323 of 2022 are pending for enquiry before the fourth respondent.

5. Considering the above and also the nature of the disputes between the parties, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of three day from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
