Prayer: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971, pleased to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent herein for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.P.(MD)No.22367 of 2015, dated 14.12.2015.

Prayer in MP(MD). 1/ 2015 in WP(MD).22367/2015 : Prayer to STAY the operation of the impugned proceedings in review petition No.1/15 in Na.Ka.No.1687/15 sapa passed by the 2nd respondent dated 12.10.2015 pending disposal of this Writ petition.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARI calling for the records relating to impugned proceedings in review petition No.1/15 in Na.Ka.No.1687/15 sapa passed by the 2nd respondent dated 12.10.2015 and quash the same. 2. Heard Mr.S.Manickam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Manickam, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that against the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD)No.22367 of 2015, the respondent has filed Writ Appeal in W.A.No.519 of 2016.

4. In view of the above fact, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
