It is represented before this Court that the conditional order passed by this Court dated 17.12.2025 has not been complied with.

In view of the above, this Court directs the first respondent, the District Collector, Tirunelveli to recover the cost of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) from the petitioner under the Revenue Recovery Act and pay the same to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Service Authority, Chennai, as ordered by this Court and report the same before this Court.
