PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.4 to consider the petitioner's representatation and objection dated 24.10.2024 and to pass orders with relating to issuance of patta in S.No.968/2B2 of Viralipatti Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District. 1/4

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.4 to consider the petitioner's representatation and objection dated 24.10.2024 and to pass orders relating to issuance of patta in S.No.968/2B2 of Viralipatti Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District.

2. With the consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner made a representation on 24.10.2024 objecting to the application made by the sixth respondent for grant of patta in his favour. As the petitioner's representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition for the aforesaid relief.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that based on the petitioner's representation, the application of the sixth 2/4

respondent for grant of patta was rejected by the fourth respondent by an order dated 18.11.2024. He has produced a copy of the order dated 18.11.2024.

4. In view of the order of the fourth respondent dated 18.11.2024, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
