ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner by intervening in the civil dispute based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint, CSR.No.325 of 2022 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed. He would further submit that civil suit is pending between the parties and that as of now, no petition is pending against the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
