Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice for R1, R2 & R5 and Mr.B.Naveenkumar, learned counsel for Mr.Su.Srinivasan, who accepts notice for R3 & R4, have no objection for condonation of delay of 128 days in filing the writ appeals.

2. Hence and also for the reasons set out in the accompanying affidavits, the delay of 128 days in filing the writ appeals is condoned and the civil miscellaneous petitions are ordered.

3. Let the writ appeals be numbered if they are otherwise in order and be listed for admission in due course.

4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeals, if they are otherwise in order and list the same for hearing. The names of the learned counsel who have entered appearance now will continue in the cause list as and when the matter is listed.
