Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order made by the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.22/2016 dated 15.08.2016 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to register and release the rectification deed pending on the file of the second respondent in P.26/2016.
