difference in Gratuity, Leave Salary and Pension amount of Rs.2,43,828/- in terms of 12(3) Settlement dated 24.08.2022 and all other attendant benefits together with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from 01.03.2020 to till the date of payment.

O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by a Checking Inspector of the respondent Transport Corporation, who attained superannuation on 29.02.2020 seeking a Mandamus to disburse the monetary benefits, based upon the 12(3) settlement that was reached on 24.08.2022 with effect from 01.09.2019.

2. The petitioner has sent a representation to the respondent on 15.09.2024 seeking the above said benefits. Since there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the above said facts, the respondents herein are directed to confer the eligible benefits upon the writ petitioner along with interest at the rate of 6% p.a., from the due date till the date of disbursement, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
