This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings in M.C.No.9 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi and to quash the same.

2. The petitioners herein are the respondents 2 to 4 in M.C.No.9 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi. They filed this application under the Provision of 482 Cr.P.C., in which, he seeking the relief to quash the proceedings in M.C. as illegal.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that on 27.11.2013 itself the petition mentioned case was disposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi. 4.The submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
