2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner herein is absconding. He would further submit that the investigation in this case has already been completed and the charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi in C.C.No.37 of 2023 and the case is posted for hearing on 24.11.2023.
