ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records in connection with the impugned complaint in Crime No.116 of 2021, dated 08.03.2021 pending on the file of the respondent police and quash the same in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.1339 of 2022.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised.
