ORDER
The petitioner society runs educational institutions. They claim that they are the followers of the Bible and in Exodus 31:12 of the Bible, the Lord warned of the consequences of failing to observe the Sabbath on Saturdays and if anyone fails to observe the Sabbath, he will be put to death. By referring this the petitioner has made a request in the year 2017 to declare Saturdays as holiday for the educational institutions run by the petitioner society and has filed this writ petition.
2.The petitioner educational agency which receives grant has to adhere to the Rules and Regulations framed by the government for running the 2/4
