[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 27.11.2017 passed by the Sub Court, Pattukottai in O.S.No.26/2010 and the same was confirmed by III Additional District Court, Pattukottai in A.S.No.26/2018 on 17.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent Department has filed an appeal before this Court in S.A.(MD)SR.No.93506 of 2023 along with the condone delay application and the said application is pending.

3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
