Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAAMAKRISHNAN.KA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19962 of 2022, dated 11.11.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19962 of 2022, dated 11.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on the first Saturday of every English Calender month at 05.30 pm until further orders.
